How it works
- 1
Snap your menu
Take a photo of the printed menu, choose its PDF, or paste the dishes from Word or Excel.
- 2
Confirm the flagged prices
Anything the reader wasn't sure of, like a sticker over a price, waits for you to confirm it.
- 3
Pick a style and print
Six styles, four formats. Print from your browser or save a PDF for the print shop.
Bilingual without the clutter
Every dish carries a Japanese name and, under it, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese or Korean, whichever your guests read. Choose to print both, English only or Japanese only, and the layout adjusts.
Prices stay in your currency, with cents if you use them.
Sushi menu tips
- Put piece counts in the section name, like Nigiri (2 pc).
- Brush gives a traditional look; Minimal suits a modern counter.
- Star a nigiri, a roll and a side to show range.
- Check the Japanese names the reader adds if your menu was English-only.
Questions
Will it translate my menu into Japanese?
When it reads an English menu it suggests Japanese names you can check and edit. Have a Japanese speaker review them before printing.
Can I print English only?
Yes. Choose English under Menu language and the Japanese names are left off.
What does it cost?
Making and previewing your menu is free, with no account. To print without the watermark, a restaurant pass is $29 (¥3,980 including tax for yen menus) for a year, for every menu, board and poster that restaurant makes.
Will my prices change?
No. Prices are copied as written and set in type, not drawn. Any price the reader isn't sure of is flagged for you to confirm first.
